LOCAL CALL RATES
Calls to the various local access numbers are charged as follows and in addition to international call rates: Calls to the 0860 access number are charged at local Telkom rates (sharecall) for the full duration of the call Calls to the 0861 access number are charged at national Telkom call rates for the full duration of the call Calls to the 087 access number are not toll free, and you require airtime to call this number. Calls to the 087 access number are charged at standard cellular provider cross networ rates, for the full duration of the call. Inclusive contract minutes are allowed Calls to the 0800 number incur a 90c connection charge, and an additional 60c per minute charge for the duration of the call Only the international portion of your call cost will be deducted from your World-Plus-Call card. To maximise your savings on your local call cost, call during off peak times or use any free minutes available from your service provider.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rates are subject to change without notice. Calling cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Cards expire 90 days from first use of pin number. Cards are designed to call internationally from any phone in South Africa. All published rates include the value of 10% extra call time. Callers to the 087 access number must show their caller ID (CLI), calls from a “private number” will be rejected. Activate from use your cellphone or contact your service provider. Calls are billed on one minute intervals and rounded up.
